PubGalaxy received the title “Most dynamic tech company” in the Gepard ranking for small and medium-sized companies in Bulgaria, organized annually by one of the most prestigious local media – Capital. The nomination was based on annual revenue increase, which amounted to the record 240% in the case of PubGalaxy. The average for the top 30 companies in the industry, among which were names like Progress, VMWare, Experian and Nemetschek, was 48%, according to Capital’s research.
In 2016 Gepard was held by Capital for the tenth consecutive year and covered more than 1500 small and medium-sized companies country-wide, all privately owned. The ranking is conducted in partnership with Industry Watch and a few other local organizations, representing government and business. To be nominated, a company should fit in the EU definition for small or medium enterprise (to have revenues between EUR 2 mln and EUR 50 mln and employees – between 10 and 250) and have revenue growth in two consecutive years. In addition to that, it should not be a financial, health, gambling or holding institution.
